Considering the Victorian Government's transition to Stage 4 Restrictions Clean Connection is required to stop all non-essential home cleaning services for this period.

What Does This Imply For You?

Clean Connection can keep providing cleaning services to customers to whom cleaning has been esteemed an essential service. Where cleaning is not an essential service, it will be suspended during Covid-19 stage 4 Lock down.
All allowed cleaning services provided by Clean Connection during this period will be dependent upon a High Risk COVID Safe Plan as ordered by WorkSafe Victoria. Moreover, all cleaning staff will have a Permitted Worker license.

What Essential Cleaning Services Would We Be Able To Keep On Giving?

Services Under NDIS, TAC, Workcover

We have looked for explanations from Business Victoria who have confirmed that services provided under the NDIS, TAC and Workcover will have the option to proceed as essential, caregiving services. Cleaning for these customers will proceed except if you inform  us that you are more open to suspending your service for the present.

End Of Lease Cleaning- Vacate Cleaning

Commercial Cleaning Services

Clean Connection is additionally ready to keep giving commercial cleaning services to customers for whom cleaning has been regarded as an essential service.

Cleaning services will stop for every other customer during Covid-19 stage 4 Lock down.

From Thursday 6th August until Thursday 17th September, non-essential domestic cleaning will not be permitted in Melbourne. We have gotten explanation from Business Victoria expressing that provided customers can provide a genuine reason behind why they cannot clean for themselves, their service will be deemed essential and we will be able to continue providing their cleans. If you have a genuine reason why you are physically not able to clean your own home, please fill out the below form and we will proceed with your service all through August and September.
